To make everything work, some – actually quite significant – background work is needed. We do it in several forms:

• Since we are an association: general assembly, members in different functions, reports, etc.
• Decision making: because we need to decide things, this is done by the general assembly on the highest level,  but the daily questions of operation are up to the board as well as members that are in a position to decide things
• Organization, operation: this is in fact the executive branch; the secretary is the first person to handle things in the whole association, and members do their own duty
