Introduction
Some years back we were facing the need of a place for young people to meet, to have a chat, to have fun
and spend some time together at the weekends. We would like to fill this need by giving the chance for meeting at
the weekends in the youth club.
We can spend these Saturday evenings playing table-tennis, darts , cards , board games, or guitar. We can share our experiences , listen to lectures on different topics over refreshments. We organize meetings to share our favourite poems , music , but we usually find time to celebrate birthdays and various feasts such as Christmas, Eastern, and New Year’s Eve.
One of our regular program is the popular film club. There are 10-20 of us gathering together on such occasions in the Y house, where we can experience the feeling of being together, and make new friends.
Our aim is to create a community where members can spend their free time in a funny and meaningful way (without drugs and alcohol).
Time
Come and join us between 7pm-11pm on Saturdays.
Programs, posters, leaflets
We advertise our programs on A/4 sized placards. You can have a look at program of the current month and the former ones on placards browser. If you have not come across our placards in your school so far, but would like to take one, please let us know.
We have also prepared a leaflet. You can circulate them, too.
